| Beschrijving: | What: This year we schedule only one event: a training camp open for all, on the first weekend of December. Continue to read below for all related information. Expect a race-like athmosphere without the stress of an actual race. We look forward to it very much, and we hope you do too. Where: Take exit 29 on the E314 and follow the N715 in the direction of Helchteren / Eindhoven. After about 5km, at Helchteren centre, take right onto the N719 (Kazernelaan) in the direction of Bree and pass the military base on your left. After approx. 2km, turn right at the former "café 't Sonnis". This is the "Sonnisstraat" which you have to follow until the end. When: December 2-4th 2011. The stake out will be opened at Friday as of 1700 hours for the race and not one minute before. Due to military exercises, the site will be inaccessible beforehand. Please respect these timings or we loose our credability versus our hosts ... Trail info: SPRINT 5, 7, 9 & 12km TOUR 17, 19, 21km & 24km. Check out the Trail page for more info! Trails can be adapted versus the terrain conditions & meteo. For Who: The training camp is open for both Purebred and Alaskan Husky teams and is organized by the member clubs of Mushing Belgium and FBMC. Sign up is mandatory for this training camp! Sign up starts as of November 15th. Only 75 teams will be allowed to participate. Logistics: Toilets (men/women), water, multiple stake-outs, "Musher's Bar". Cost: 25€. More info is available upon signup. Payment instructions can be found here. Musher Diner: there is no diner foreseen, but there will be BBQ sets on site for your convenience.
